Some services call themselves waterless. We do not, because a proper wash needs some water. What matters is how much, what is in it, and where it ends up.
We use a rinse-less wash process: a high-lubricity, pH-neutral solution lifts dirt from the paint so it can be wiped away with microfibre, without the pressure rinse that sends litres of dirty water across the parking bay. Wheels and tyres get a separate, targeted clean.
Everything we use is biodegradable and pH-neutral. No phosphates, no solvents, no silicone tyre gloss that stains paving.
Whatever water does leave the vehicle is captured on absorbent mats and removed with the team. Nothing enters the estate's storm drains, which usually flow untreated into local streams.
Operators log the water used at the end of every wash. The figure shows in the app on your wash summary, and each estate gets a monthly total in its compliance report. If the number ever looks wrong, tell us and we will check the log.
