Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Glint app and the car care services booked through it, provided by Under Bridges Entity (Pty) Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Glint washes vehicles inside participating estates and office parks on scheduled wash days. You book a service, a date and a time slot in the app. The wash is performed at your parking location by our team using low-water methods and biodegradable products.
Bookings, changes and cancellations
- A booking is confirmed when the app shows it as booked.
- You may move or cancel a booking free of charge until 18:00 on the day before the wash.
- After that cut-off the full price of the service is payable, because the slot and the team have been committed.
- If we cannot wash on a scheduled day, for example because of weather, we will move your booking to the next wash day and notify you. No charge applies.
Access to your vehicle
Please leave the vehicle where you said it would be. For exterior washes we do not need keys. For interior services we will agree access with you in advance. If the vehicle cannot be reached at the booked time, the booking may be charged as a late cancellation.
Our guarantee
If you are not happy with a wash, tell us in the app within 24 hours and we will come back within 48 hours and put it right at no charge.
Pre-existing damage and liability
Our operators photograph every vehicle before and after a wash. Any damage visible in the before photographs is noted and is not our responsibility. We take reasonable care with every vehicle and carry public liability insurance for our work inside estates. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the app in South African rand and include VAT. Where card payment is offered it is processed by Paystack. Plans renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled from the Account tab; unused plan washes roll over for one month.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and entitled to have the vehicle washed. Keep your phone secure; anyone with access to your sign-in code can act on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa.
